 Brühl uses your personal data which you specify during the actual purchasing process, in particular your corporate name, your name (first and last name), your address, your phone number, your E-mail address and your bank details to the extent required for the processing and billing of your order.

For the use of your order, Brühl may possibly transmit your personal data to a logistics provider deployed by us who will process those data on behalf of Brühl and in strict accordance with those data protection regulations as well as the required safety measures.

 

b) USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE COLLECTION OF OUTSTANDING DEBTS

Brühl additionally uses your personal data which we have collected and stored for the receipt and processing of your order for the collection of outstanding debts. For this purpose, we are commissioning a commercial collection agency to which we will transmit the required data, and have this data processed in strict accordance with data protection regulations as well as the required safety measures.

 

c) USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE HANDLING OF YOUR INQUIRIES

Brühl also collects and uses your personal data in order to be able to process any suggestions or comments which you provided e.g. via a contact form.

 

d) CREDIT CHECK

 Brühl will transmit certain data which you provided in context of the order process to carefully selected service providers which will check your credit worthiness. The data transmitted to those companies include your corporate name, your first and last name, and your postal address. Those service providers will check the existence of any negative indicators concerning your credit worthiness and will determine your “score value”. A “score value“ predicts the risks of potential payment defaults by means of already known empirical values by a statistic procedure. At present, this service provider is the company Firma Creditreform Kassel Dr. Schlegel KG, Hedwigstraße 16, 34117 Kassel (hereinafter referred to as „Creditreform“).

Regardless of this, Brühl will also transmit data to Creditreform due to any non-contractual behaviour to the extent permissible after having weighed up the interests of all parties involved. Creditreform will store and transmit the data to your contractual partner in the inner-European market in order to provide this information for the assessment of the credit worthiness of natural and legal persons (legal entities). You may obtain information from Creditreform about the stored data relating to you.

 

e) USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE MAILING OF NEWSLETTERS

 Brühl uses your personal data, in particular your corporate name, your name (first and last name), your address, and your E-mail address in order to mail additional information in terms of our products, special offers or customer surveys as well as general customer information and newsletters. The mailing may also be performed by E-mail and/or via the classical postal way. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time under info@c-bruehl.com.

For the mailing of newsletters Brühl may use service providers specialised in this field to which the personal data required for this purpose will be transmitted. Those service providers will process your personal data only on behalf of and upon instruction of Brühl. The compliance with these data protection regulations as well as the required safety measures is guaranteed.

 

3. USE OF FACEBOOK PLUGINS
